Our goal for exterior painting is to eliminate the aggravation of having a contractor working around your home. We will work closely with you to make this experience is as comfortable as possible. We are aware that it is your home and we are guests.

Exterior Painting Process

Flower beds, shrubs and landscaping will be protected by landscape netting and canvas cloth.
Surfaces will be power washed and scrubbed with cleaning solutions to deoxidize substrates.
Prior to the application of any paint or primer, all surfaces will be prepared by sanding, scraping, caulking, and filling as specified by the PDCA standards.
All bare surfaces will receive the appropriate primer. Watermarks, stains or blemishes will be properly sealed with a primer to stop the “bleed through”.
Surfaces that have become cracked and/or checked and/or deteriorated will be treated with wood stabilizing primers to the substrate.
Caulking will be done with a 40-year acrylic product where needed. We will seal all open seams and joints.
All glossy surfaces will be sanded or dulled for proper paint adhesion.

Only QUALITY materials will be used. Quality materials give the best results and LAST LONGER. Sherwin Williams & Pittsburgh paints are our standard.
Newly painted surfaces will be free of runs, sags and drips. There will be no paint on the windowpanes. Concrete or unpainted surfaces will be free from overspray.
The work will be done in a neat, professional manner by skilled craftsmen that are polite, friendly and work efficiently.
The jobsite will be kept clean at the end of each day and secured when the crew is not on the site.
Waste materials, by-products and used solvents will be disposed of safely, properly, and in an environmentally responsible manner.
For your convenience, touch-up pant will be left at your home in labeled containers.
